Lisa Penderis in her position as GENERAL MANAGER has been in the Dubai Real Estate business for 5 years. Chief Executive Officer:
Holds Board level positions in many companies. Ranging from retail and wholesale companies to real estate developer, contracting, manpower
supplies, business software development and car distribution companies. Through this wide ranging and high level experience in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, Tariq has an in depth understanding of economic and political trends and their impact within the Middle East. Tariq’s leadership abilities have been recognized by the United State government, U.S Air Force and U.S Army, for his active support in crisis starting from the Gulf War to date.

Ms Lisa Penderis
General Manager:
Lisa was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, where she received her school education and completed a B. Comm Business and Economics degree with majors in Real Estate Business Management, Corporate Real Estate Asset Management and Real Estate Investment and Finance. She moved to Dubai during 2003 and after a brief stint in the interior design field got involved with Dubai’s booming real estate business.
Her career as real estate consultant has gone from strength to strength since then culminating into being appointed General Manager of Connection Properties where she now heads the team of real estate consultants.
She and her team specialize in residential & commercial freehold & Leasehold transactions in all Areas in Dubai including other Emirate such as Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah , Umm Al Quwain , Sharjah & Ajman
